What do we mean by Coaching & Mentoring?

At Thrivve, we offer coaching to help people see more clearly — to notice patterns, resolve tensions, and reconnect with what matters most. It’s not therapy, but it does go deeper to understand and resolve what's keeping you stuck in an unhelpful pattern.
We offer mentoring when what’s needed is perspective hard-won through experience. Our founders and senior practitioners mentor people who are building businesses, wrestling with uncertainty, or looking for a straighter path through the noise. It’s practical, direct, and caring for you at an individual level.

Who's coaching?

Gemma Honour 

Gemma works as a coach with Delivery Leads, Product professionals, and Agile practitioners who are feeling stuck — in their work, their confidence, or their sense of direction. Through a mix of reflective coaching, body-based awareness, and practical tools, clients find clarity, reconnect with what they want, and becoming more confident and less conflicted in their decision making. 

Nick Brown

Nick helps those new or experienced in agility-related roles build confidence, clarity, and competence. His mentoring style is grounded in real-world experience, offering practical guidance tailored to each person’s context. Nick creates a space for honest reflection, growth, and meaningful progress.
